The Discovery Call

This is where it starts. We get on a call, no pitch, no pressure, and talk about your property, your goals, and where you want to go. We ask questions. You ask questions. At the end of the call, we both decide whether this feels like the right fit.
If it is, we take the next step together. If it isn't, we'll tell you, and we might be able to point you in a better direction.

Enrollment & Onsite Visit
$2,500. Credited toward TSG services in the same calendar year.
Once we've confirmed the fit, you enroll in the Outdoor Living Guide program. That's when we schedule your onsite visit, a dedicated site walkthrough with one of our guides.
We come to you. We walk every zone of your property together. We look at what's working, what isn't, what you've been dreaming about, and what needs attention. We take notes, photos, and measurements. We listen more than we talk.
This visit is the foundation of everything that comes next.
Onsite visits are typically scheduled within two weeks of enrollment. Your $2,500 annual program fee is credited in full toward any TSG services completed in the same calendar year.
Your Property Roadmap, Delivered
Within one week of the onsite visit.
Within a week of your site visit, your guide returns, either in person or virtually, to present your completed Property Roadmap.
